Project Engineering Services
These are management services provided by the Group to facilitate the smooth operation of a product on a project by project basis. They can be divided into two major types of service: Project Management and Product Safety.
- Project Management - Project management is usually provided by the Group during the transfer of an OEM/ ODM product for manufacture by the Group. This service includes specification verification, design review and validation, quality documentation, transfer plans, software and hardware solutions, jigs & fixtures design, material planning & substitutions, pilot build & debugging and the production of quality plans.
- Safety Application - Owing to the specific certifying qualification obtained by the Group, it is able to provide safety certification services to its customers through its recognized laboratory and licensed engineers. Most countries have their own safety standards, all of which require extensive testing and evaluation procedures to ensure that products are able to meet the different safety standards, requirements and specifications. Upon successful completion of this testing appropriate approval labels or certificates will then be issued to demonstrate the safety status. Several Safety Bodies in the US, Canada and Europe have approved the Group to carry out these tests and to self-certify products.
