Product Development and Application Engineering Services Our various design services are mainly for the development of power supplies, magnetics and adapters. "Power supplies" include switch-mode power supplies (such as, AC/ DC and DC/ DC converters), linear power supplies, and un-interruptible power supplies. "Magnetics" includes: high and low frequency, high and low power, data, signal and constant voltage. All service provided by the Group includes design review, milestone planning, and actual engineering design services. Design Review - The design review process includes: material and cost analysis, product specification validation and product assurance verification and or analysis.

	Milestone planning and execution - Milestone planning is a detailed plan for product development that is submitted to customers for their agreement. The milestone plan will clearly state the specific timeframe for circuit design, bread boarding, PCB layout, prototype building, EMI and thermal analysis, safety and mean time between failure evaluation, pilot runs and mass production. After acceptance of the milestone plan by the customer, a team of design engineers are assigned by the Group to carry out all design works. Prototypes to the relevant milestone plan will then be provided to each customer for his approval.
