Vendor Approval

All vendors must pass a rigorous qualification program to be accepted as a supplier to the Group. This program includes testing and evaluation of submitted samples, and site inspection, including process-control capability. Our qualification program ensures ultimate acceptance by the Group's customers.

The Group provides material management services to its customers, which include stock and logistic planning, contracting, cost and lead-time planning, rescheduling, cancellation and performance-review services to ensure that needed materials are provided in a timely manner for production needs.

Supply-chain management services are also provided to the customers of the Group as value-added services. These include the establishment of:  a manufacturing-resources planning (MRP) system to cater to the needs of customers on a real-time basis, a cost and material sourcing plan, a drop-shipment strategy and performance review.
